Vision
Together with Vision, we created a website, visual identification, a catalogue and an innovative Virtual Reality selling tool that enables you to experience your dream home before it is built.

Vision is a brand owned by Danwood S.A. – one of the biggest suppliers of prefabricated houses in Europe with 11 thousand projects completed.

 

The brand was developed for people choosing premium products. These are exclusive pre-fab houses, built with the use of state-of-art solutions and materials for interior outfitting – all in line with the expectations of the most demanding clients who appreciate quality and modern design.

 

Challenge

Vision approached us to help them shape their brand and introduce it to the European market. The website and other materials were intended to underscore the unique and luxurious nature of houses and create a brand image easily associated with elite products.

Our team came up with and implemented the entire website, visual identification, printed materials (catalogue, business cards, and corporate stationery) and the innovative VR selling tool that changes the house sales model practiced so far.

Priority: pleasure of experiences

Visual content predominates on the website. We displayed the gallery of high-resolution photos and animations thanks to which the clients can feel the space and see what a house looks like in given surroundings.

Due to this reason, we decided on something new – a simple and powerful Vue.js framework supported by the Nuxt.js tool. The use of Content Delivery Network named CloudFront from Amazon Web Services enabled us to build an immediately responding site.

 

The SSR solution in a backend layer provides the client with maximum compliance with SEO standards and, in consequence, better positioning in search results.

Seamless experience

Thinking about evoking positive feelings towards the brand, we applied the Single Page Application architecture. While moving between subsites, no message appears on the screen, even for a while, saying the content is being loaded.

As a result, the user can freely browse the site containing even the most extended graphic content.

 

An individual way of presentation

The brand offers 6 house designs prepared in cooperation with Danish design studio Jacob Jensen Design.

The template card of houses was developed in a manner so as to best display the spaces and style of every building. We also added navigation which facilitates getting familiar with the functional layout and usable floor area.

Each of the houses looks differently in given time of the day. We gave the users an opportunity to take a look at them in different light conditions – from dawn up to dusk.

 
 

VR as a completely new competitive advantage

When deciding to build a house, a buyer finds it most important to be able to see it. A view on static visualisation cannot fully express the spatiality of a house and the genuine appearance of its interior. Ensuring this experience certainly brings closer to deciding on the purchase. Being aware of this need, together with SYZYGY XR we created an innovative VR selling tool. Our client made a bold move towards new technologies, gaining a spectacular advantage over direct competition.

 

A virtual experience of a home

The undisputed advantage of the VR application is that a person interested in buying a house may walk around the building which de facto does not exist. It is possible to visit each of the rooms, look around it and see what the interior looks like. A virtual walk enables to feel the space and gives the impression that the sensation is real.

Moreover, with the possibilities of VR technology, the client has an opportunity to check if a given interior design suits him/her, and if not – he/she can modify it in line with individual preferences.

An innovative approach to sales

The VR application created by us is revolutionary not only for the experience of a client who has not had an opportunity to check the product before buying it – it changes business as well.

Construction of a show house has been the only solution to present the product to the client so far. That involved many problems which our client wanted to eliminate:

  • the location of show houses often forced potential buyers to travel long distances;
  • there was only one version of home staging, and it resulted from a variety of preferences.

With the set of tools created by us, every salesman can present any house model, featuring any design, in any location around the world. That is how we reverse the previous order – it is not a client that comes to a house, but a salesman that brings the house to the client.

Branding

When creating the identification, we aimed at emphasising the elegance hidden in DNA Vision – our fundamental assumption was that every graphic element, even the tiniest one, should be consistent with the brand identity.

The logotype and typography, through simplicity and minimal nature, relate to the style of houses, and the colour scheme we proposed, featuring white, black and subtle copper accents, enhances the image of Vision as a premium brand.

 

Catalogue

We designed a catalogue presenting eye-catching building visualisations and elements compounding the uniqueness of Vision. The highest quality of work was important to us. Thus, we enriched the standard print with metallic copper colour.

In the folder, we also talked about the long-standing tradition of building wooden houses in Podlasie – the region where the brand originates – and about the Bialowieza Forest to which the client granted special patronage due to its heritage in Europe.
