We are set to strengthen our technological capability with the appointment of Frank Ladner to the newly created role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
From 1 April 2017, Ladner will join James Briscoe (Chief Media Officer) and Florian Schmitt (Chief Creative Officer) as one of the specialist heads of SYZYGY’s three main areas of expertise. He will report directly to the Management Board. Ladner joins SYZYGY from the McCann Worldgroup agency MRM//McCANN and will be responsible for linking technology and marketing across multiple SYZYGY locations as well as for key accounts.
Ladner is a graduate in business informatics with more than 15 years’ experience as a marketing technology expert. The 45-year-old originally joined MRM//McCANN in 2009 as Director IT & Consulting. He was named CTO in 2011 and joined the management board in 2013. Prior to MRM//McCANN, he worked for auditing and consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers and new media agency Zentropy Partners. Ladner has an extensive track record in the design, implementation and operation of customer experience platforms for clients across a range of sectors, including automotive, retail, FMCG, insurance, tourism and pharmaceuticals.
